Getting started with the Track'em APIs
Before you begin
The Track'em REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) allow you to connect to the Track'em products. The current API methods allow you to get access to Track'em Materials and obtain line item and transactional data. More API options will be added in future.
Before you begin, you'll need to have a Track'em account with agreement to use to API.
API access token
Account Administrators can obtain the access token by logging into Track'em and accessing it from the User Menu. Alternatively, you can contact your Customer Success Manager or create a ticket through helpdesk.trackem.com.au to assist.
The API access token must be provided as part of the request header for all requests.
HTTPS Protocol and Status Codes
All Track'em API resources require the use of HTTPS in the URL schemes to enable SSL encryption. Standard http status response codes apply.
400: BAD REQUEST
404: NOT FOUND
429: TOO MANY REQUESTS
500: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
501: NOT IMPLEMENTED
503: SERVICE UNAVAILABLE
